Policies

  1. Every client will be asked to read & sign an In-Home Nail Care Policy Agreement & Release of Liability Form before the first service is performed.

  2. Please make your appointments & cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.

    - There is a $50 convenience fee for same day appointment or cancellation in less than 24 hours.

    * If you are a first time client and you are a no show when we arrived for your scheduled appointment,

    In-Home Nail Care will NOT schedule any future appointments.

  3. Per appointment, we require the following minimums

    - Regular clients (bi-monthly) $65/visit

    - Seasonal clients (monthly) $85/visit 

    - One time appointment $100/visit

  4. Arrival time will be in a 15 minutes time span. Clients will be notified if there is a delay.

  5. Payments are due at the time of service.

    Acceptable forms of payments are: Cash, Check,

    or Venmo @Lily-Lavender.

  6. Additional convenience charges:

    - Work Offices + $20

    - Assisted Living Facilities + $20 (EXCEPT for St. Martin’s In the Pines)

    - Hospital visits + $50

    * There may be additional charges associated with clients who are bed bound, depending on the circumstances.

  7. Additional travel charges may be applied to areas outside of Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Vestavia. (Long distance travel charges varies depending on the distance).

  8. Overtime appointments (start before 9:30 am or after 6:30pm) are available upon request with an overtime charge of $100.
